Are you constantly replacing the batteries in torches, childrens' toys, games, hearing aids, smoke alarms, tools and all those other gadgets in the home?
As it isn't always convenient to get to a battery recycling depot you can now bring your household batteries into the AHNRC and place them into the recycling containers. UPDATE - WE ARE NOW RECYCLING LIGHT BULBS FOR YOU AS WELL!
THE ADELAIDE HILLS NATURAL RESOURCE CENTRE (AHNRC) is a not-for-profit volunteer based environmental information hub that promotes environmental awareness and sustainable land management practices. The AHNRC aims to encourage a greater appreciation of our natural environment.
